Pediatric ameloblastoma is a rare maxillofacial tumor in children. Only a small percentage of these cases occur in the maxilla. Management remains controversial. In this case, you will learn the extirpative options for maxillary ameloblastoma and the management of associated maxillary defects in the pediatric patient.
