This Surgery Spotlight will provide an in depth look at an Immediate 2 stage Prepectoral breast reconstruction with Tissue Expander and Acellular Dermal Matrix procedure performed by Richard Baynosa, MD Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery and program director of the plastic surgery residency program at UNLV School of Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada. He highlights his preferred technique of immediate breast reconstruction after mastectomy.

Upon completion of this video, you should be able to:

Recognize advances in breast reconstruction including the use of Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM).
Identify various incision locations for prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomy and considerations that determine placement of incision.
Define key mastectomy techniques to use with the inframammary fold approach.
