Description
Procedure choice for top surgery to achieve small laterally positioned nipples in a
transgender man with grade 2 ptosis and striae from binding.
The surgical procedure options available for top
surgery in a transgender man with grade 2 ptosis
and striae who desires small laterally positioned
nipples typically include periareolar (keyhole) or
double incision mastectomy with nipple grafting.
These procedures allow for repositioning and
resizing of the nipples to achieve the desired
outcome.
