This ASPS Global Partners Webinar, in partnership with CSPRAS, presents innovative reconstructive techniques from leading Croatian surgeons. Dr. Sanda Smud Orehovec discusses her experience in vulvar and urethral reconstruction following radical or hemivulvectomy. Dr. Zlatko Vlajcic introduces the Inferior Lateral Tunneling (ILT) technique as part of composite separation for complex abdominal wall reconstruction. Dr. Rado Zic presents the “dermal cage,” a technique utilizing an inferiorly based dermal flap to reduce and reconstruct large, ptotic breasts. Moderated by Dr. Robert X. Murphy Jr., this session offers a regional perspective on sophisticated reconstructive strategies.
