The video outlines a surgical technique for lip augmentation using autologous fat. It begins with donor site preparation, followed by fat harvesting from two locations where anesthesia was applied, with attention to tracking amounts and syringe use. The harvested fat undergoes centrifugation for purification, often while additional fat is still being collected. The final step is fat injection using small aliquots via a fine Coleman cannula.
