This series of four videos details the process of structural fat grafting of the face. It begins with donor site preparation through incision and anesthesia, followed by the careful harvesting of fat from treated areas. The harvested fat is then purified via centrifugation and meticulously injected into the lips using small aliquots and a fine Coleman cannula for optimal aesthetic results.

Segment 1 - Donor Site Prep: Local or Tumescent Injection
Describes placement of incision and injection of anesthesia.

Segment 2 - Fat Harvest
Covers fat harvesting from two locations where anesthesia was applied, with attention to tracking amounts and syringe use.

Segment 3 - Centrifugation and Fat Preparation
Describes the harvested fat undergoing centrifugation for purification.

Segment 4 - Fat Injection
Covers fat injection of the lip using small aliquots via a fine Coleman cannula.
