This case report describes the presentation and management of a pediatric patient with a left condylar head fracture. The authors advocate for closed treatment with dynamic elastic therapy which allows customizable management of a healing fracture with the ability to alter vector and degrees of traction necessary to restore vertical height and occlusion while allowing for progressive mobilization with less discomfort and lower risk for ankylosis.
