In our very first episode we will be looking at secondary options for autologous breast reconstruction when the abdominal tissue and DIEP flap are not available. Dr. David Greenspun will be talking to us about his experience with the Lumbar Artery Perforator Flap while Dr. David Song will be discussing the clinical data behind his use of the Latissimus flap with Immediate Fat Transfer or LIFT procedure.
