56F s/p fall onto glass resulting in volar wrist laceration resulting in FCR, FCU, PL, FDS to long finger, ulnar artery, and ulnar nerve transections. The ulnar nerve and artery transection that was suture ligated during trauma resuscitation. The ulnar nerve was transected back to healthy nerve fascicles, mobilized, and repair in primary fasicular fashion without under tension. The flexor tendon were repair with 6 strand core suture techniques while the ulnar artery was repair in the traditional fashion.
