A forty-year old male presented with MPNST of one year duration in the central region and glabellar region of the forehead was surgically treated by the excision of the tumor and the underlying frontal bone. The area was covered with the usage of the transposition scalp flap. The patient showed no signs of local recurrence during the follow up period.
