Video Summary

This is the maneuver to reconstruct the scroll area and elevate and create the overlap of the lower lateral cartilage on the upper lateral cartilage. A horizontal mattress suture is being placed here through the upper lateral cartilage to try and redefine the groove and overlap of the lower lateral on top of the upper lateral and lift the lower lateral relative to the upper lateral. It's important to note here that this suture does not capture the lower lateral cartilage at all.
