She discussed treatment options such as PRP for vaginal dryness, labiaplasty for exercise discomfort, fat transfer for labia majora atrophy, clitoral hood reduction, vaginoplasty, perineoplasty, and fat grafting to improve vaginal angle and sexual satisfaction.<br /><br />Dr. Gordon Lee presented reconstructive options for congenital and acquired vaginal defects, including the Frank method, McIndoe procedure, gracilis flap, rectus flap, ALT flap, rectosigmoid flap, and Singapore flap. He also shared a complication from drain-related flap necrosis, underscoring the importance of careful postoperative management.<br /><br />The session concluded with a Q&A on postoperative care, age-related patient needs, and future tissue-engineering innovations.
