I placed the Collier-Miller Strut Graph sutured into place with the 5.0 clear nylon suture. As you can see here, very, very stable tip now. Once I close that, you're just going to see it's not buckling like it was in the beginning of the case. It's really a nice stable tip that's going to provide strength and stability to this appropriately rotated nose over time.
