He described connecting upper-face endoscopic dissection with lateral facelift planes, tailoring vectors, and separately fixing the midface via a temporal/deep temporal fascia fixation to improve eyelid–cheek transition and reduce lower blepharoplasty and canthopexy needs.<br /><br />Dr. Jorge Hoyos emphasized “skin quality” and the real-world impact of prior non-surgical treatments (fillers, threads, energy devices) on surgical planning and complications.
